  • How can you be cheaper than other retailers?

    Domestic manufacturing as well as economies of scale allow us to sell at a lower cost whilst bulk purchasing shipping labels, packaging material and stamps allow us to offer cheaper, and often free, delivery. Finally, to reduce the size of the package being sent we send our products unboxed in custom detailed ultra-thin sleeving to reduce postage costs even further.

  • My package is late, what do I do now?

    Unfortunately sometimes packages may arrive late or get lost. If your package hasn't arrived by the expected delivery date you may wait another day and see if it arrives. If you still have not received it please contact us so we can organise a replacement or refund.

  • Where can I find the batch number?

    Sometimes you may be asked for your batch number for your product by customer service. All genuine reshave.co products have their batch number stamped on the inside of the razor sleeve over blue diagonal "reshave.co" lettering.

  • How do I know if my product is genuine?

    Always buy directly from reshave.co to guarantee the authenticity of a reshave.co branded product. All documentation included within your package will have blue "reshave.co" lettering diagonally printed on the reverse of the documentation. Additionally, the inside sleeve of your razor cartridge pack, if you ordered it, will have blue "reshave.co" diagonally printed on the inside with a batch number stamped on top of the blue "reshave.co" lettering.
